WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RETAIL CUSTOMER, A PREFERRED CUSTOMER, AND A MEMBER?

*  A Retail Customer is a Neumi customer who does not wish to be on autoship and chooses to order products at the retail price of $65 USD per product.

*  A Preferred Customer is a Neumi customer who wants to order products at a reduced price of $50 USD per product (or less depending on the pack chosen). When purchasing as a Preferred Customer, autoship will be set up at the time of purchase. Autoship is very easy to manage or cancel.

*  A Member is someone who wants to purchase Neumi at a reduced price of $50 USD per product (or less depending on the pack chosen). A Member has the ability to share Neumi products via their own personal Neumi link which will allow the Member to be eligible to receive commission payments.

HOW DO I SIGN IN TO MY NEUMI ACCOUNT?

If you are a Customer you can sign in to your NEUMI account by going to www.Neumi.com

If you are a Member you can sign in to your NEUMI account/back office by going to www.Office.Neumi.com or you can access your account through the NEUMI app as well!

HOW DO I CREATE AN AUTOSHIP ORDER?

Creating an autoship order with NEUMI is very easy. Sign in to your NEUMI account and in the menu go to SHOP and then select MANAGE AUTOSHIP from the sub-menu. The new screen will appear to be blank; click on the BLUE PLUS SYMBOL in the bottom right of the screen to create a new autoship. Select the products you wish to add to your autoship and they will be added to the CART (you will see this in the upper right of the screen). Click the BLUE REVIEW button in the cart section. This will open your actual autoship and will allow you to adjust the ship date and frequency of shipping. Once you are satisfied with your adjustments, SAVE your changes.

HOW DO I ADJUST MY AUTOSHIP ORDER?

Adjusting your autoship order with NEUMI is very easy. Sign in to your NEUMI account and in the menu go to SHOP and then select MANAGE AUTOSHIP from the sub-menu. If you have an active autoship, you will see it displayed in a large box on the screen. In the bottom right corner of the box is the word EDIT in blue. Click EDIT and make the changes you want to your autoship. Make sure to SAVE your changes.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY AUTOSHIP ORDER?

Adjusting your autoship order with NEUMI is very easy. Sign in to your NEUMI account and in the menu go to SHOP and then select MANAGE AUTOSHIP from the sub-menu. If you have an active autoship, you will see it displayed in a large box on the screen. In the bottom right corner of the box is the word EDIT in blue. Click EDIT and then in the same bottom right corner click on DELETE. This will delete the autoship profile.
